This is a Zillow virtual tour, unique for Zillow Listings and Zillow Showcase Listings. Includes Zillow Virtual Tour and interactive floor-plan. Does not include overall photography of the property.  See Photography Examples page for comparison.

Normally, purchased in addition to Professional Photography Service (Without 3D Virtual Tour).

The standard floor plan is included with both Matterport and Zillow 3D Home Tours. This is a 2D image of the FloorPlan from the top view. Similar to a drafted image of a FloorPlan, but color is added. The FloorPlan is a view of the Interior home Layout and the SitePlan is an exterior view of the entire property, showing the perimeter of the house and the layout of the yard. Both FloorPlan and SitePlan are included.

An Interactive FloorPlan includes a 2D image of the FloorPlan and SitePlan from the top view. With the addition of the HDR photography viewable within the FloorPlan. Includes Master Floor Plan, All FloorPlan levels, and SitePlan.

A Single Property Website is a website domain that is designed for your specific property. Includes 3D Virtual Tour, Guided Video Walkthrough, HDR Photos, and Interactive FloorPlan. The single property website can be embedded into any website, including MLS.

Overall sky view photography. Includes multiple angle aerial view HDR edited photos of the property and its surroundings.

Service includes 18 HDR edited Photos. 8 photos at a lower altitude (showing more of the backdrop, mountains, ocean view, etc.), 8 photos at a higher altitude (showing more of a downward view), and 2 top-down view of the property. See Photography Examples page.

Perimeter property lines can be added.

Overall sky view videography. Includes custom 4K drone video of the property and its surroundings. See Photography Examples page.

Service includes 1 edited video of the property.

Easily downloadable files that are derived from the Matterport Virtual Tour. Files included in the MatterPak Bundle are-

• Colorized point cloud (XYZ)
• Reflected ceiling plan and floor plan image
• (JPG) Multiple files if multiple floors
• (PDF) All floors in one file
• High-resolution floor plan image. This is not the Schematic Floor Plans. This is similar to the ceiling plan image but of the floor.
• 3D mesh file (OBJ) including the necessary texture map image files (.JPG)

Easily downloadable files that are derived from the Matterport Virtual Tour. E57 is a vendor-neutral, high-density point cloud file, defined by the ASTM E2807 standard. It can be used to complete complex workflows in a wide variety of 3D design applications.

Depending on customer needs, this service can include a multitude of features and reoccurring updates.
